As our Car Wash Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations — managing the team, ensuring top-quality service, and keeping customers smiling. You’ll oversee everything from team performance and training to financial goals and facility maintenance.

- Proven management or leadership experience (car wash experience a plus!)

- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
- Mechanical aptitude is helpful
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Off

Your Role: Support. Lead. Grow.
As our Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Manager to oversee operations, motivate the team, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll learn the ins and outs of managing a successful car wash and have plenty of opportunities to grow within our company.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in leading daily operations and team management
Ensure high-quality washes and a clean, safe environment - Support hiring, training, and team development
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain company standards and uphold our commitment to excellence
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous car wash or leadership experience a plus
- Great communication and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

As a Service Writer, you’ll be the first impression for our customers. You’ll greet guests, explain services, and help them choose the perfect wash or detailing package. Your enthusiasm and communication skills directly impact our success — and your paycheck.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and explain wash and detail options
- Upsell unlimited membership and wax/detail packages
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth experience
- Safely move vehicles as needed (valid driver’s license required)
- Work outdoors in all weather and stay active throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, energetic personality and great communication skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Reliable and team-oriented
